We do our best to make sure you will absolutely love your items but understand that sometimes items need to be returned for a myriad of legit reasons (dog doesn't like your leggings, you became 5 sizes small after going into a shrinking machine etc..).
We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving the product if the item is in original condition (unused, unwashed and undamaged) with all the packaging intact.
If there is no fault with the item, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. Items purchased on sale or using a discount code are not eligible for returns.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without being instructed to do so.

Upon purchase of your order, you will have up to 24 hours to cancel your order. We will provide full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. However, if 24 hours has passed since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before being able to return the item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your payment merchant.



If you haven’t received a refund yet, please do the following: 

  1. Double check your accounts as the funds may have been refunded elsewhere.
  2. Contact your credit card company/bank/paypal, in case there is something else going on which they can only see on their end.
  3. Wait another business day in case it goes through late.
